No mail is forwarded free on any package: postage is charged at Royal Mail rate x2 (minimum 2x the 100g Large Letter price), scanning 25p+VAT per side (50p manual), collection £2.50 per item, and Low User levels add a £2.50 handling fee per item forwarded, scanned or collected. Disposal fees 20p-£10 per item. Forwarding must be prepaid. Virtual office, mailing address, scan and email and influencer addresses cannot be used as a registered office or director's service address; add RO/DSA at £25 p
