Tell us which provider and where you saw the correct figure, and we will check it and update the site. This is the most useful message you can send us.

Are you a provider?

If your details are wrong or missing, email us with a link to your pricing page and we will add or correct you. Being listed costs nothing, and paying us does not move you up the rankings.

Same address. We are happy to share our methodology and our data quality notes, including the list of prices we could not verify and why.

What we cannot help with

We are not a virtual office provider and we have no access to your account with one. If your post has gone missing, your address has been suspended or your bill is wrong, you need to contact the provider directly. Their details are on our review page for them, and on the site you signed up through.

We also cannot give legal, tax or accountancy advice. If you are unsure whether a particular address will satisfy Companies House for your situation, speak to an accountant. Our guide to the registered office rules explains the general position but it is not advice about your company.

How we handle corrections

When you report a price, we check it against the provider's own live page before changing anything. If the two disagree we record the more conservative figure and note the conflict rather than picking the one that looks better. The date we last checked appears on every result, so you can always see how old a figure is.
