SSV Suites is a workspace operator, so the address comes attached to a real building with meeting rooms and desks. You pay for that whether you use it or not. It suits people who will occasionally want somewhere to sit or to meet a client, and is poor value if you only need the address.

The three Physical Office Address packages 'Can be used as your Companies House registered address' and come with an agreement: Basic takes unlimited mail but 'No packages accepted'; Standard accepts 20 packages a month and sells workspace at £50 a day; Premium accepts unlimited packages, sells workspace or a private office at £25 a day and adds a logo plaque. Workspace depends on availability on the day. The page does not mention forwarding, scanning, mail collection, phone services or a minimum term.
