    Who Work.Life suits

Work.Life is a workspace operator, so the address comes attached to a real building with meeting rooms and desks. You pay for that whether you use it or not. It suits people who will occasionally want somewhere to sit or to meet a client, and is poor value if you only need the address.

With 14 UK addresses it is one of the few providers that can give you a local address almost anywhere, which matters if you want to look local in more than one place.

    What we noticed

Three tiers, priced by location band (Manchester/Reading; ten London sites; Soho/Fitzrovia). Prices are set by JavaScript from the location picker; the no-JS fallback text still reads 'billed annually at £372/£636/£852'. VAT not stated. One-off £50 non-refundable AML/KYC verification fee; company must already be incorporated. FAQ: addresses can be used as registered office and director's service address subject to checks. Mail handling is hold-for-collection (Virtual Address) or open-scan-and-hold (Virtual Office, Hybrid); the page never mentions mail forwarding. 'We do not accept parcels or packages. Any packages sent to your virtual office address will incur an additional fee.' Meeting-room tick on Virtual Office and Hybrid means a monthly workspace credit (£20/mo and £50/mo) usable on coworking or meeting rooms, not fixed hours; Virtual Address books workspace pay-as-you-go. Getting set up

Government photo ID plus proof of address. Most members approved within 24 hours.

Commercial note. Work.Life runs an affiliate programme. We are not a member of it at the time of writing and are paid nothing by Work.Life. If that changes, this note and how we get paid will say so.

    Work.Life: common questions

    How much does Work.Life cost?

Its cheapest published plan works out at about £29 a month. Check whether post forwarding and a director's service address are included, because on most plans in this market they are extra.

Can I use Work.Life as my registered office?

Only on a plan that explicitly includes registered office use. Several providers sell a business address that is not valid at Companies House, so check the plan table above rather than assuming.

    Who owns Work.Life?

It is part of Work.Life. Worth knowing if you are comparing it against what looks like a competitor but is actually the same company.

    Is Work.Life any good?

It scores 4.4 from 21 reviews on Trustpilot. Ratings in this market are thin for smaller operators, so treat a handful of reviews as weak evidence either way.

What ID do I need to sign up?

Government photo ID plus proof of address. Most members approved within 24 hours.
