Where Silverstream London has addresses
Who Silverstream London suits
Silverstream London sells the address and the post handling around it, without a building attached. For most small companies that is the sensible middle of this market.
At this price it is almost certainly a statutory service. Check what happens to post that is not from Companies House or HMRC before you put the address on your website.
There is a single address, so this only works if that location suits you.
What we noticed
Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London W1T 6EB. The £10 base ('From only £10 a month') is a business address with post scanning and emailing of up to 10 mail items a month; the page does not say whether £10 is the annual-bill or monthly-bill rate. Registered office, physical post forwarding, unlimited scanning and a virtual landline (calls diverted to your phone, no answering service) are paid add-ons: monthly bill £7.50 / £15.00 / £10.00 / £7.50 a month, or annual bill £6.00 / £12.50 / £8.00 / £6.00 a month. So a registered office with forwarding costs from £32.50 a month on monthly billing. 'All our contracts have a one month notice period to cancel.' VAT not stated. Orders go through the Virtually There portal (app.virtually-there.net).

Its cheapest published plan works out at about £7.50 a month. Check whether post forwarding and a director's service address are included, because on most plans in this market they are extra.
