Who York Hub suits

York Hub is a workspace operator, so the address comes attached to a real building with meeting rooms and desks. You pay for that whether you use it or not. It suits people who will occasionally want somewhere to sit or to meet a client, and is poor value if you only need the address.

There is a single address, so this only works if that location suits you.

What we noticed

Page read via WebFetch (scripted fetch blocked). Prices per calendar month plus a one-off £15 setup fee; page says 'NO HIDDEN CHARGES, NO VAT', so no VAT is added. 'Our address can be used as a Registered Business Address' on all options. Address: Popeshead Court Offices, Peter Lane, York YO1 8SU. Option 1 (business address only) is meant for businesses receiving almost no mail, e.g. their first Companies House and HMRC letters; no collection, forwarding or scanning is listed. Option 2 adds mail collection in person, scan and email on request (no price given) and discounted meeting room booking. Option 3 adds once-a-week post forwarding with postage and packing invoiced separately each quarter, plus discounted meeting rooms; collection is not listed. 30 day notice, no long-term obligation. Director's service address, phone and call answering not mentioned.
