Who Leigh House suits

Leigh House is a workspace operator, so the address comes attached to a real building with meeting rooms and desks. You pay for that whether you use it or not. It suits people who will occasionally want somewhere to sit or to meet a client, and is poor value if you only need the address.

There is no monthly payment: pay quarterly (£57/£67/£100 a month) or annually at 25% off (£42.75/£50.25/£75.00 a month; annual_price_gbp is 12 times that rate). The Basic page shows 'From £42.25*' against £42.75 on the overview. Address: Leigh House, a Grade II mansion in LS28 (Leeds). Basic is for businesses that 'do not require Leigh House as their registered business address' (Companies House Registration 'Not Applicable'); Plus and Ultimate include Companies House registration. All packages: business address, Google My Business listing, mail handling as 'Collect at Your Convenience FOC (Letters Only as Limited Space)'; forwarding and scanning not mentioned.
