Who UK Postbox suits

UK Postbox is built around handling post rather than around the building. That is usually the right shape for a business run from home, though check carefully whether the plan permits Companies House use.

At this price it is almost certainly a statutory service. Check what happens to post that is not from Companies House or HMRC before you put the address on your website.

With 17 UK addresses it is one of the few providers that can give you a local address almost anywhere, which matters if you want to look local in more than one place.

Cheapest mail plan is Letter PAYG at £0.00/month, which charges '£1.00 per letter' received, includes 0 page scans ('£1.00 per scan after') and '£5.00 each' per parcel received. Letter 5 is £5.00/month (unlimited letters, 5 scans), Letter 10 £7.50, Letter 25 £10.00 (exc VAT); bigger Mailroom plans exist. Forwarding: '£0.90 per item (+ postal/courier cost)' for letters, more for parcels, quoted 'including UK VAT @ 20%'; physical mail stored free for 30 days then charged.
