The Union Building is a workspace operator, so the address comes attached to a real building with meeting rooms and desks. You pay for that whether you use it or not. It suits people who will occasionally want somewhere to sit or to meet a client, and is poor value if you only need the address.

No prices are published: the page says services are on 'flexible monthly rolling contracts and at a fixed fee' but shows no figures. Plan 1 is registered address plus post collection only (no forwarding). Plans 2-4 add scheduled forwarding of letters: Plan 2 fortnightly up to 1kg, Plan 3 weekly up to 2kg, Plan 4 fortnightly up to 2kg with international postage. Regular forwarding is for letters only; parcels incur postage, handling and storage fees added to the next invoice. Scanning, phone and meeting rooms are not mentioned.
