Where Rapid Formations has addresses
Who Rapid Formations suits
Rapid Formations is a company formation agent that sells an address alongside incorporation. That makes it a strong choice if you are setting the company up now and want one supplier for both. It usually means the address is billed yearly and covers official post rather than everything your customers might send.
There is a single address, so this only works if that location suits you.
What we noticed
71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Three separate yearly services, none includes the others. Registered Office: official government mail scanned and emailed free; 'The registered office service only covers the use of our address for official purposes'; not a service address. Service Address: one officer per purchase, per company; official mail scanned free. Business Address: general business mail is scanned and emailed, but 'The cost of forwarding mail to you is not included. Mail forwarding is charged 50p per item of mail'; valuable items posted at 'Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%'; 'This service does not include a registered office address service'. Registered office and business address prices are stated + VAT; the service address renewal price is given without a VAT note. Mail outside a service's scope triggers an 'Unsupported Mail' email. No phone or meeting room

How much does Rapid Formations cost?
Rapid Formations does not publish its virtual office prices, so you have to ask for a quote. That is common among workspace operators and it is worth getting two or three quotes to compare.
Can I use Rapid Formations as my registered office?
Only on a plan that explicitly includes registered office use. Several providers sell a business address that is not valid at Companies House, so check the plan table above rather than assuming.
Is Rapid Formations any good?
It scores 4.8 from 12,136 reviews on Trustpilot. Ratings in this market are thin for smaller operators, so treat a handful of reviews as weak evidence either way.
What ID do I need to sign up?
