I-Support Business sells the address and the post handling around it, without a building attached. For most small companies that is the sensible middle of this market.

What we noticed

Two addresses with different prices: Central London EC1 and Polegate, Sussex. The prices page shows Sussex by default; London prices appear when London is chosen in the location selector (read via the page's own Livewire update). The UK Business Address comes in three options and each covers different mail handling: Post Scanning = scan only, mail shredded, no posting; Post Forwarding = posted at Royal Mail rates from a £20 deposit, no scanning; Post Plus = both. UK Business Address 'Includes Registered Office and Service Address'. The International (non-UK owners) product does not say whether it can be the registered office; scan-only is for UK-owned companies only; overseas owners need certified/notarised ID.
