Who Lets Letterbox suits

Lets Letterbox is a workspace operator, so the address comes attached to a real building with meeting rooms and desks. You pay for that whether you use it or not. It suits people who will occasionally want somewhere to sit or to meet a client, and is poor value if you only need the address.

What we noticed

Small genuinely independent Belfast operator in East Belfast (BT5, Bloomfield Avenue) rather than the city centre. Only one firm price is published, £190 per annum for the registered office address; VAT treatment, minimum term and setup fee are all absent. Their own news section references virtual offices 'From £21.95/month' and director verification 'From £29.95' but these are not on a structured price page and the monthly figure does not reconcile with the £190 annual figure, so both need confirming by phone before publishing. Selling point is a staffed 'knockable' address where someone is present to receive post.
